ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ О XXXV МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМ КОНКУРСЕ ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЕЙ ЭСТРАДНОЙ ПЕСНИ «ВИТЕБСК»

XXXV Международный конкурс исполнителей эстрадной песни «ВИТЕБСК–2026» пройдет с 16 по 19 июля 2026 года в рамках XXXV Международного фестиваля искусств «СЛАВЯНСКИЙ БАЗАР В ВИТЕБСКЕ».

К участию приглашаются исполнители от 18 до 31 года включительно (по состоянию на последний день срока проведения фестиваля).

Конкурсные выступления проводятся публично в два конкурсных дня. В один из конкурсных дней участник исполняет эстрадную песню   композитора славянской страны на одном из славянских языков в сопровождении оркестра. В другой конкурсный день исполняется популярное, узнаваемое произведение – «Мировой хит».

По результатам конкурсных выступлений в ФИНАЛЕ КОНКУРСА присуждаются призы и премии:

·         «Гран-при» – 20.000 (Двадцать тысяч) долларов США, специальный приз «ЛИРА» и диплом обладателя «Гран-при».

·         «1-я премия» – 15.000 (Пятнадцать тысяч) долларов США, специальный приз «ЛИРА» и диплом Лауреата (обладателя «1-ой Премии»).

·         «2-я премия» – 10.000 (Десять тысяч) долларов США, специальный приз «ЛИРА» и диплом Лауреата (обладателя «2-ой Премии»).

·         «3-я премия» – 5.000 (Пять тысяч) долларов США, специальный приз «ЛИРА» и диплом Лауреата (обладателя «3-ой Премии»).

Regulations for the XXXV International Pop Song Performers Contest «VITEBSK-2026»

XXXV International Pop Song Performers Contest “VITEBSK-2026” is held in the format of the XXXV International Festival of Arts “SLAVIANSKI BAZAAR IN VITEBSK” from July 16 to July 19, 2026 in Vitebsk, the Republic of Belarus.

     The Contest is open to singers aged 18 – 31 including (on the last day of the festival).

The Contest performances are held publicly over two days. On one day, the participant performs a pop song by a composer from a Slavic country in one of the Slavic languages, accompanied by an orchestra. On the other day, they perform a popular, recognizable piece—"World Hit."

    The awards and prizes according to the results of the contest performances are the following:

·       Grand Prix – US $ 20 000 (twenty thousand US dollars), a special prize “Lyre” and Diploma of Grand Prix Winner of the XXXV   International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2026”.

·       First Prize – US $ 15 000 (fifteen thousand US dollars), a special prize “Lyre” and Diploma of First Prize Winner of the XXXV International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2026”.

·       Second Prize – US $ 10 000 (ten thousand US dollars), a special prize “Lyre” and Diploma of Second Prize Winner of the XXXV   International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2026”.

·       Third Prize – US $ 5 000 (five thousand US dollars), a special prize “Lyre” and Diploma of Third Prize Winner of the XXXV International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2026”.
